Lembro-me de ser um dos momentos de mais ang\u00fastia e agonia em que j\u00e1 passei. Era um misto de tristeza, medo, d\u00favida mesclado com esperan\u00e7a e muita vontade de se salvar. O mar simbolizava todos os sentimentos envolvidos com o fato de perder o controle de si e, naquele momento, eu estava quase me afogando, no entanto, ainda tentando sobreviver, meio sem saber como fazer isso, mas seguindo meus instintos de tentar me salvar. E a praia seria o emagrecimento, seria a salva\u00e7\u00e3o de toda aquela agonia, significava a vida e ela veio por meio da bari\u00e1trica. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Tudo isso que expliquei acima representa, em m\u00edseras palavras, um pouquinho do que um paciente bari\u00e1trico sente quando ele vai se submeter ao procedimento cir\u00fargico. Dificilmente quem n\u00e3o passou por isso compreende, com exatid\u00e3o, como \u00e9 nadar nesse mar e como \u00e9 conseguir chegar at\u00e9 \u00e0 margem. Por mais que eu transforme esse sentimento em uma ilustra\u00e7\u00e3o e me utilize de recursos metaf\u00f3ricos, s\u00f3 quem passou sabe, s\u00f3 quem nadou nessas \u00e1guas compreende. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Quando meus pacientes que lutam contra a obesidade chegam at\u00e9 mim eu sei que para ele eu represento essa praia, eu sei que ele est\u00e1 nadando com todas as suas for\u00e7as, eu sei que a dor da obesidade \u00e9 mais pesada que os quilos que aparecem na balan\u00e7a, mas ela pesa na alma, ela bagun\u00e7a o interno, ela parece mudar quem voc\u00ea \u00e9, de modo que voc\u00ea olha para si e n\u00e3o se reconhece mais. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Ent\u00e3o, quando meu paciente obeso est\u00e1 diante de mim, me trazendo suas demandas sobre a obesidade, muitas vezes lhe falta palavras, mas lhe sobra l\u00e1grimas, vergonha e culpa. O compreendo plenamente e o acolho da melhor maneira poss\u00edvel. J\u00e1 nadei nesse mar, mas me salvei dele. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"paragraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 150%; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Se voc\u00ea que me acompanha ir\u00e1 passar pela cirurgia bari\u00e1trica eu quero que saiba que esse lugar, minha cl\u00ednica, representa a praia que tanto voc\u00ea quer pisar. Sem demagogias ou exageros, o que quero que entenda \u00e9 que para tratar a obesidade \u00e9 preciso de mais que um plano alimentar, \u00e9 preciso de \u201colhar para dentro\u201d e no espa\u00e7o terap\u00eautico apresentado pelos psic\u00f3logos \u00e9 poss\u00edvel voc\u00ea ter um ambiente seguro para se encontrar, verdadeiramente, com essas emo\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/span><\/span><span deixe para come\u00e7ar depois, n\u00e3o deixe para semana que vem, n\u00e3o deixe para segunda-feira a decis\u00e3o de tratar a obesidade, mas fa\u00e7a hoje aquilo que voc\u00ea deveria ter feito a muito tempo. \u00c9 urgente a necessidade de se salvar e ser\u00e1 uma enorme satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o pode contribuir com o seu processo. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span style=\"font-size:
